Welcome to our [ pseudo ] pod episode friendddd. We say “pseudo” because neither one of us actually has a podcast but we figured it was more important to act on our POVs and perspectives while they were/are alive and active in us.🤘🏾

Basically instead of waiting for the pErFeCt TiMe (ie: when either of us get our pods up and running) to allow ourselves to be visible within the context of the conversation. It also felt too now and too real to keep behind closed DMs and voicenotes.

So with that, let’s give you a lil taste of what you’re about to sink into in this EP.

Themes we dug into:

  1. How rigid, prescriptive routines are just socially accepted cages in disguise
  2. How adaptive rituals, intuitive anchors, and environment disruption support real freedom (whatever that looks like for you)
  3. How sometimes the most spiritual shit is the stuff that seems "too simple" to be profound.
  4. How we’re all innately contrarian and self-lead (the internet just lead us to believe otherwise)
  5. Ect!!!
